I have been in HR for 24 years. I had been out of work for the past 2 1/2 years, broke my foot on the job.
I always loved reading the posts, In all the categories.
I just wanted to let you'all know that you keep spirits up, yet are so knowledgeable (especially Don D. and Twin) actually there are slew of you.
RAy A., Parabeagle, mjwild, paul in CB,Hunter1, smoll. I could go on.

Welcome guidedspirit. With all your years of experience in HR, I am quite sure you'll be able to teach me a thing or two. Hope you're on the mend...but
What I really want to know is, "How did you break your foot on the job?" x;-)
I'm guessing Guidedspirit broke her foot chasing down employees for signatures on benefit enrollments?
I am suing the the finer shoe company, shoes were only worn 4 times!!

Okay, bloody mary: How about a 4 oz. can of V-8 and 4 oz. of Stoly? You'd probably only need one. x;-)

Maybe when you are ready in 2004, we gals on the Forum can work on fixin ya up! There are plenty of gals out there who are suckers for a good looking, nice guy in a uniform! x:D
Ingredients
1.5 oz Türi vodka
3 oz tomato juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
7 drops Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
freshly ground pepper
1 dash celery salt, freshly grated
Serving Instructions
Combine ingredients in glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Serve the Bloody Mary in a pint glass. Garnish with slice of celery, pickled asparagus.
