I was out all day yesterday, came in today eagerly anticipating a long list of new or updated posts on this section, and I find only FOUR?

Parabeagle and Don D have a secret meeting for a few days somewhere in Oregon/New Orleans and we all just give up on the HR-de-har-har section of the Forum? Or maybe y'all have been at your desks working like crazy to make time for reading Pb & DD's "catch-up" posts next week... x;-)

Me? I was learing about the "Bermuda Triangle" of FMLA, ADA and W/C. (:|

I share your pain - I hate to admit this, but I must, Don D and Parabeagle are a lot of fun on this site. I can't wait for their return on Monday - I'm sure they will blast most of my postings from this week x;-)

"I cant' wait for their return on Monday". Well, I must admit this is true. Parabeagle is hilarious. And Don, what can you say. Who else can be so articulate, compassionate, arugmentive, controversial, funny, witty, impassioned,and down right orney and often all in one post. They make for interesting reading!

I know - I never would have predicted 5 months ago that in Don's absence, I would actually be anxious for his return. Go figure.

I nervously await my "blasting" for the "Don D barechested-on-Bourbon-Street" comment. (I'm much braver when he's not "around". My more conservative persona will return on Monday.)

Parabeagle, that goes for you too. You must wear the HR Hero shirt on your head, but in YOUR picture, you'll be inspiring hapless GM's to sing, do push ups, and otherwise humiliate themselves in order to earn a measley little pin for their hats. Since you are not in the party town of New Orleans, the barechested requirement does not apply. x}>

How easy it is to demand additional photos from "the great ones" when I haven't yet submitted mine! x;-)

why do I keep thinking about their return the way I did when I was a kid waiting for my parents to come home after breaking something in the kitchen :-S - paranoia perhaps or simply a conditioned response? x:D

If anybody can go toe-to-toe with Don D, I think YOU can, mwild! And maybe a select few others. (Unless you snuck over to his office and booby-trapped his desk while he was out. Then I don't know you, never met you, and wouldn't admit it if I did!) :oo
