It has been reported on the news here that someone went into a major hardware store to buy supplies for the hurricane and paid for them with a $200 bill that had George Bush's picture on the front and a hand drawn white house on the back. They were given about $50 in change.

Hope they got more than $200 worth of stuff because those bills are worth much more than their face value.$$$

Years ago when I was in college and working for a grocery store during the summer, the store owener took all us cashiers to basement one day to chew us out. Someone cashed a pay "stub" as payment for groceries. He was not amused. To this day I have wondered if I was the one who did that. No one ever admitted to it and it was not initialed on back like per store policy.
