HE"S GONE!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how many of you are familiar with the difficulties I've had with my boss (the Finance Manager) but I know I have posted about a few on the forum.On top of his just plain unethical solutions to employee issues he was one of those guys who will find a way to tell you the same thing 20 times in just ever so slightly different ways thus taking up huge chunks of your day and having me banging my head on the desk once he was done. He is condescending, anal, completely humorless and......HE GAVE HIS NOTICE TODAY!!!!!!!
You folks have helped me tremendously to deal with this guy so I just had to let you know.
