New Job Title

We have a "Regional Sales Manager" who received a promotion to a newly created position of "Assistant Sales Manager". (Sounds like a demotion - in reality this position would be right under the Senior Sales Manager). The "Senior Sales Manager" who gave the promotion really lacks in the creativity department when it comes to job titles. The promoted employee asked me to help him think of a new job title for this position. I thought it would be fun to come up with new titles, so far I've gotten "Junior-Senior Sales Manager", "Chief Sales Manager", "Sales Manager Elite", "MISSED Sales Manager" (Most-Important, Slightly-Subordinate, Economically-Disadvantaged). Has anyone ever had to come up with new job titles? Any ideas?
