I worked with a person who used to write "FU Janet" or "FU Bob" on things that she needed "Follow Up" with someone.

It was pretty tense the day a controversial memo from the Director was found with "FU [Director's Name]" written on it. My coworker had a time explaining she really didn't mean that other connotation - she really meant "Follow Up".

Perhaps it's Follow Up University.
