Can anyone tell me the retention time for an EEO-1 report?

I have had the same source publish information saying 1 year, 2 years or 3 years, so we decided it was a permanent record.

I keep mine permanently as well. They don't take up much room so it's no big deal to keep them.

Thanks for the information. That explains why I have them dating back to 1998.
