I'm creating a salary structure for our company and I've collected tons of information from surveys and Salary.com but I'm having trouble putting the information into a format that serves a purpose.

Is someone willing to share their salary structure with me.
Mainly, I'm interested in the actual "structure" or "mechanics" of the Salary Structure.
