Clever Poster - bathroom distruction

Clever Poster Bathroom destruction.
Someone has taken their frustrations out on the metal dividers in the bathroom. I don’t want to put up the usual poster. “STOP or you could be fired for destruction of property.” They also have drawn on the backside of the doors cartoon characters. I would like to hang something that makes this person think, pay attention, and stops. I don’t work with teenagers but rather someone with a poor way of expressing themselves.

I get that they have feelings and frustrations but please do we ever get to be out of high school?

We had a similar problem. After convincing our Operations Director that he couldn't put monitors in the bathroom (seriously), we installed a monitor outside the bathroom that enables us to see who entered/exited the room and at what time. We made sure the employees knew that the monitor was installed. Not fool proof, but the vandalisim did stop.

Do security Cameras back fire ever? How do employees take the distrust that is shown by cameras?

I was thinking more along the lines of visitors using the facilities and getting an eyeful of the local color.

Good point, I wasn't thinking of public areas .. . although here at City Hall it is the public who is most likely to write on the walls. .
