Risk Manager Job Description

We provide residential and community based mental health services and are trying to draft a risk manager position. Our intent is to have a Corporate Compliance person and a safety manager along with the risk manager, however, I think we may end up combining the safety and risk manager positions into one. We have over 300 employees and are growing at a rate of about 100 new employees a year. My question is, do any of you have a risk manager job description you could share with me?
