Formal Orientation Process for New Employees

Do any of you happen to have a formal orientation process for new employees that you would be willing to share? I am in the process of broadening our process and would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks much!

Do a search for "Orientation Development" in the HR and Employment Law section. There was a thread on this in the past year. This topic comes up a few times a year and there are always great suggestions. x:-)
