Non-Profit Employee Handbook

We our a non-profit organization who currently is making changes to our employee handbook. We would like to review another non-profit organization’s handbook to see if we are somewhat similar to other non-profit organizations. We currently have 17 employees and we are an at-will state. This would be very much appreciated......

    We are a not-for-profit in Florida (an at-will state) with 25-30 administrative staff. If you will give me your email I can send you our handbook--it's long, though. I also have a supervisor's manual that I prepared a couple of years ago and can email that as well.
    What type of not-for-profit? We're a performing arts organization (symphony orchestra--so we have 75 union musicians who are not covered by our handbook).
