Performance Reviews - Sales

Welcome to spring in Michigan! We went from 70 degrees yesterday to 34 and snowing today.

Do any of you happen to have a great sample Performance Review for Sales they might be willing to share? Thanks a bunch!

Isn't it sad no one responded??? For whatever reason, it seems as if sales reps are exempt from the annual review process.

I, too, was quite surprised by the lack of response. Apparently we're not the only company who feels "sales" is above reproach. I actually have put something together, if anyone else decides to review their sales team.

We do not have a special performance review designed just for sales. Their review is the same as for all the other exempt employees.

But....each January there is a compensation plan that outlines the sales goals for that year and they are reviewed at the end of that year with statistics of how they met that goal.
