UK Employment Agreement

We opened an office in UK last year. I have two employees and one is resigning. We did not have a very good employment agreement for the UK at the time we hired our first employees. I would like to rewrite it but I am not familiar with what is commonly put on the Employment Agreement or Contract in UK.
Does anyone have an office in UK and could share one with me?

I'll be happy to refer you to UK counsel. Employment law is tricky business in the EU and UK. You may want to consider having UK labour lawyers review the proposed agreement.

I have all the legal aspects from our UK attorney. I just want to see how the format is set up and what benefits are offered to the employees by other companies as far as mileage, time off, benefits.
