We do a monthly newsletter: very simple, otherwise it'd be too hard to do monthly.

We include:
- Employment anniversaries
- Calendar including holidays, paydays, other company "stuff"
- Article from me (whatever's hot that month: W-2's, Open Enrollment, etc.)
- Reminder of that month's Employee Safety topic
- Article related to working with small children (we are a childcare company)
- Whatever else fits

It's very basic, but people seem to use the calendar, and they also seem to actually read the articles. We produce it inhouse (use MS Word, print on colored paper).

Do it quarterly, and it can become a multi-page monster that people skim, then toss out.

And while we are at it, James, can I get an e-copy of yours too? x:-)
