Iowa Drug and Alcohol testing policy

Does anyone have an Iowa Drug and Alcohol testing policy that they would be willing to share with me? I am working on my current policy and updating it as we have a division in Iowa. I've been reading over all of the legal stuff on line that I can fine. I am extremely interested in the section where if you test positive for alcohol, what alcohol concentration limit does your company set?
