I am in the process of trying to get feed back from new hires as to their orientation and overall impression of the company,etc. If anyone has a survey that meets this critiera, please share with me.

For some reason I Can not paste the form I use but here are the questions I ask.
New Hires Survey 2005

The Human Resources Department will meet with each employee and get feedback on the employee’s experience (to date) with The Company.

We are going to be asking the following questions:
• How was the training?


• How can the training be improved?



• Is your Managers available/supportive when needed?


• Are other Managers available/supportive?


• Describe the comfort level of the work environment?


• How would you describe your coworkers? (amicable, helpful, considerate)


• If new to the Furniture Company/Manufacturing…how do you like it? What is the biggest challenge?


• How does The Company compare to previous companies?


• Did the job duties outlined in your interview mirror the expectations once you were on the job?


• More questions will be asked as the meeting goes along.



The goal of this process is to examine ways to improve daily standards of operations.
