"Scripted" Job Descriptions/Manager Format

The owner of our resort attended a workshop (don't know the topic) where they discussed "Job Scripts"; "Job Description Scripts"; Customer Service Scripts","Customer Contact Patterns" etc. Essentially, this workshop discussed setting up job descriptions so that they are "very detailed" down to the responses (scripted) you would have for a particular question from a customer, etc.

Do any of you out there have job descriptions that are this detailed, and if you do, do you have a form or format that you provide your managers to start this process?
