Year End Rpt - Flex Spending Accts

I hope all of you had a safe and happy 4th.

I am in the process of submitting my first year end report for our flex spending accts, (medical and dependent care reimbursement only) to our BOD's and was wondering if any of you out there would have a copy of the format you use for your year end report that you would be willing to share with me. (Does it take this long for you to get the final reports from your vendor)?

As this is my first report, I'm not sure how much information to include in this report. (I'm not sure about other's out there, but our BOD's like report's short and sweet but to the point) I have listed our Annual elections, contributions, disbursements and unused claims, arriving at a year end total. I was going to then show the annual administrative costs for providing these accounts and then the tax savings. Am I forgetting something?

  • Sorry, can't help much. I don't have to present this info to our BOD, just the CEO and COO. All I do for them is send an email with total contributions and disbursements for both the medical and dependent care accounts and then the bottom line... did we loose money, clear a little or come in even. It is our goal to come in even.
