Executive Compensation Structure

I am currently in need of a consulting firm that can assist me with developing an Executive Compensation Plan and to also, do a company wide compensation analysis. I am located in Massachusetts and would like to use a local firm if possible. If anyone has a referral I would really appreciate the information. Thanks
