Sample Drug Policy

Does anyone have a "bare bones" drug screening policy that includes a random component that I can take a look at? A colleague on this board e-mailed me a 36 page policy that is titled toward manufacturing, and the firm I am working on this for has 15 employees and sells party standards like plates, napkins, etc., so I am needing something much more simple.
