Workflow Chart

Hey, everyone - I've been working away on our P&P manual, and it's been intense! I have created organizational charts for the co. and each department but need a sample workflow chart. Does anyone have a chart I could look at to get ideas for ours, maybe for accounting or HR? Any suggestions are more than welcome! Thanks! Linda

Are you looking for suggestions on software to buy for organization charts or do you want to see how different companies are set up as far as reporting order? (If it is the second, you may want to include your industry and number of employees to help folks Also are you all at one location.)

I'm looking for software to buy. Any suggestions? We are currently trying OrgProPlus and their support has been great. Our Engineering Dept had been plotting our charts and they were great but it has gotten too time consuming for them and we are looking at charts we can manage in HR. We are a water & sewer utility and have 200 employees (243 as of July 1....we'll be acquiring 43 employees from another local entity).

We use a program called VISIO. It is a Microsoft product that is fairly easy to use and the charts look great.
