It's not fun anymore!

We're looking to add a 15-20 minute session to our spring inservice addressing appropriate/inappropriate behavior in the workplace. Not workplace violence but more sexual harassment. We've had a few cases recently where employees all of a sudden decided they didn't want to banter back and forth any longer with sexual connotations and have complained. All issues were investigated and resolved -fortunately. Is there a resource I can turn to for some guidelines or do you have a policy in place addressing this specifically?
