We're looking to add a 15-20 minute session to our spring inservice addressing appropriate/inappropriate behavior in the workplace. Not workplace violence but more sexual harassment. We've had a few cases recently where employees all of a sudden decided they didn't want to banter back and forth any longer with sexual connotations and have complained. All issues were investigated and resolved -fortunately. Is there a resource I can turn to for some guidelines or do you have a policy in place addressing this specifically?

It was great. You may want to check with your local law enforcment agency. If they can't do it, they may know of someone who does it. Also, contact your worker's comp carrier for a lead.
