Privacy Policy

I was wondering if your company made the human resource and payroll persons fill out a privacy agreement when starting with the company.

If anyone has a form that they are willing to share I would greatly appreciate it.

I've had to sign those in several past lives, but I don't reckon I have a copy of anything I can send you. They were just simple, generic understandings that nothing received or learned in the course of business would be discussed outside the department and some stuff about file confidentiality. Sorry I can't help further. They also included a 'first offense termination', no second chances, counseling, progressive discipline or whining about it.
