HR Software

Dear Colleagues:

Looking for advice on HR Software that you are using, or considering. Recently heard about software entitled "The Ultimate Employer" and curious if anyone is using it. If so, do you like it? Are their pros/cons? Or, is their something better to consider? Would appreciate any input. Thanks so much.

Just to put my nose in, I do not use an HR software package. Instead, I used Access and designed the database that would fill my needs. Works well for me.

They have an HR database that you can purchase separately, but works with payroll. It's very easy to use, along with the Report Writer. We had a separate database before and we were spending so much time with data entry into 2 systems. I like that both payroll and the HR database are in one system. Just a thought...
