    This will be an interesting thread. I've never heard of and HR Self-Audit Checklist. It could be several pages of fine print starting with employee file requirements, orientation check-list, OSHA and other training requirements, benefits, handbook, etc. Add "self-audit conducted" to the list.

    Florida Employment Law Letter did a series of four or five articles of self-audit checklists that might be what you're looking for. Too long to post or e-mail, but here's where they are:

    Login to the Subscribers Area with the blue button at the top of this page, then go to the HR Answer Engine. Search for Florida articles from 2002 containing the word [i]audit[/i]. Good luck.
