I have just renewed all of my mandatory posters. Are there new posters for the IRS notices - HIPAA & FLSA, effective 08/2004? Are they mandatory and can I get a copy online?

    I can't answer you specifically as to whether there are changes, but I have had good luck utilizing our local Department of Labor office - in Nebraska, it's called Workforce Development. I've also been able to download and print posters from their web site. They certainly aren't the fancy all-in-one, but more importantly, they're FREE.
