Harrasment Policy - Hostile Work Envirno. Policy

Since two of our employees have been the recent victims of harrassment - and hostile behavior - I have been asked to draft a policy.


The harrassment was NOT against anyone in a protected class....white male and white female - professional level (others at company are not) - not related in any way in position, department or personal

threatening notes in mailboxes - negative office gossip, non-cooperative attitude toward both ...they are faily new employees in the past year....harrassment in most forms has come anonymously.

NEED a statement from owners.....help
