Attendance/Tardiness Policy

I'd appreciate receiving ideas on how to put together an attendance/tardiness policy...somthing simple and to the point...to include in our Employee Handbook. What we have right now is vague to say the least. If you'd be willing to, please fax or e-mail a copy to me.
