Employee Time Sheet/Calendar

I am an office manager of a small company. We employ through a staffing agency, mostly for the convenience of payroll services. I am looking for a template for an Employee Calendar for us to keep for our records....where we could mark vacation days, sick, etc. I have checked on Microsoft.com and didn't see the template I was looking for.
