I need help on putting together a job description for a HRIS Coordinator. Can anyone help with this? A brief description of the functions would be:
Enters and controls data from confidential employee records into the HR Information Computer System. Reviews source documents for accuracy and completion of data input, and verifies output. Generates and distributes a variety of reports and statistical summaries regarding employee skills, pay, data, and related information. May develop queries and generate more reports for authorized personnel.

Provides diverse and advanced administrative and functional support to the Human Resources department, included but not limited to the following: write, verify and distribute regular reports from the HR Information System; generate and distribute a variety of statistical summaries regarding the various functional HR areas, including required federal and state reporting; continuously audits the HR and Payroll databases for data quality and integrity; works closely with the Human Resources Coordinator and Director to maintain an efficient and organized department. Works with information that is of a confidential nature. Initiates and follows through on background screening, reference checks, and makes hiring recommendations. Assures that professional licenses are current and maintained in all related personnel files; develops, implements and maintains recognition programs. Assures that evaluations are completed on all employees, both introductory and annual. Adheres to corporate Mission, Vision, policies and procedures.
