  • Can you elaborate? If this is perhaps a situation where a customer service rep must respond to a customer, it will be a fairly short time line. External or internal emails? What level of importance do you attach to which emails? What's the consequence of not responding immediately? Please say a bit more.
  • I am looking for a sample policy that will address all of the questions that you have posed. Obviously any policy would need to be tailored to the individual employer and it's specific needs. And yes, one would have to determine how to handle frivolous e-mail.
