Adoption assistance

We have had a couple of our team members ask about providing some type of adoption assistance and have gotten the okay from senior management to explore further. Does anyone have a policy that they would be willing to share?

I have one I can send you that covers allowable expenses, time off to pick up the child, etc. If you will e-mail me, I'll send it to you.

I worked at a Catholic Healthcare system that encouraged adoptions and would provide a one time $500 bonus once an adoption was complete. The more kids you adopted, the more bonuses you received.

Of course if both the company and ee qualify there is time off through FMLA provided for with adoptions.
