I was wondering if anyone could give me some examples of what they use for there Supervisory Notes. This would be used when talking with employees about issues they are having and how they should/could handle these situations. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if I can extend further information if I am not making much sense...x:D
