Training Follow Up

Out managers have been dropping the ball on follow up and I need to get involved in this area. I hate to spend all the time on recruiting just to have the training get dropped.

My company does Medical Account Receivables, however, I might be able to tweek someone else's stuff that is not specific to the industry.

HRPeg - If you would let us know what type business you are in, there may be someone with info to help you. We are in manufacturing and all of our training reports are specifically about our different machines and SOPs and Standard Practices.
