FAA Compliant Substance Abuse and Alcohol Misuse Policy

Is there anyone out there who has boiler plate language for a FAA/DOT compliant (must be FAA specific) Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program? Specifically I am seeking one from a FAA Certified Repair facility, not an airline.
We are a manufacturer of aircraft repair/replacement structural parts. We are updating our FAA Substnace Abuse and Alcohol Misuse Program and would like to integrate it with our Drgu Free Workplace program for those employees not covered under our FAA Repair Facility Certificate.
Formally this company used two separate program documents, but would like to streamline things into a single document.
Has anyone done this before?
How did the FAA respond to the combined plan document?
Have you run into any particular pitfalls in implementation?
