Safety Meeting Generic Form

Does anyone have a generic form or checklist for a supervisor to use as a guide to conduct weekly safety meetings? Or, any on-line resource where I might look for something like this.

If you haven't already, look at OSHA's website, [url]http://www.osha.gov[/url] . Look at the links on the right side of the page (e-tools, Training, etc.). There might be something there.
