New ideas for organizational chart?

I am looking for a new (?) layout for an organizational chart for a small (45 employee) agency. In my research, I have come across some that aren't set up in a hierarchal way, but rather in a circle of sorts. This is the type I am looking for. We have a strong team concept in our agency and I would like a chart that doesn't emphasize the boss/underling style. However, ANY input would be greatly appreciated.
