Employee Training Acknowledgement -

Hi,

One of the divisions of my company is a copper roof manufacturer and I need to create a new general Employee Acknowledgement Form stating that they have receive appropriate equipment training. Does any one have a sample I can use as a guideline, or even suggestions.

  • I keep it simple. I just have all my employees sign an acknowledgement sheet that they attended training and these are kept in a binder.

    Employee Signature - Department

  • Ours are simple also. They read as follows:

    I, _________________________, acknowledge that I have recevied training and information regarding (whatever training we're doing).

    _________________________ __________________
    Employee Signature Date

    _________________________ __________________
    Trainer Signature Date


    All signed acknowledgements for training are kept in the employee personnel file. Hope this helps.
