We have an office of about 26 people in the UK and I need to work on their policies. Do you have any ideas where I can get some insight on basic policies legally required there? Any suggestions on this topic highly appreciated!

My suggestion would be to have a lawyer from the UK review your employee handbook before anything is finalized. He/she would be better aware of what your needs will be in the United Kingdom.
