Should we have our contract employees sign a form stating they understand they are not entitled to any company benefits and are not covered under workman comp insurance? Or is this even necessary?
Usually with contract employees, a contract is written up with the agency providing the contract employees - if through an agency. An individual contractor should have a Business Associate Contract written up with HIPPA information included.
