Relocation Policies

We are a chemical manufacturer with facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Georgia. We are in the process of reviewing and possibly revising our Relocation Policy for new hires and/or transferees.
We are interested in any new trends in the area of relocation benefits.
Would you be willing to share your Relocation Policy with us? I will be more than willing to share the results of our labor with you.

    The owners do it on a case by case basis, paying up to $ 2,000 for management new hire moving costs . In the last three years, this has been used for three employees. Only one - myself - is still here. The other two have moved out of this area. Granted, housing costs are high here in CA. It is not just moving as part of the relocation, but the housing costs also have to be considered.
