Susan,

Our company does not conduct exit interviews, but my previous employer did conduct exit interviews and the questions dealt with what the employee liked the best and least about their job, why they are leaving, their opinion about benefits, training, etc. The interview also asked for suggestions/recommendations that could be made to make the company a better place to work.
