One of our managers recently terminated an employee, and employee filed for unemployment. GA DOL has contacted the manager and may request an interview regarding the case. Manager now wants to know what records she must volunteer.
Employee did deserve disciplinary action, and manager does have a paper trail. My concern is that manager chose termination over recommended alternative disciplinary measures.
