As a component of the post-offer, pre-employment process, does the benefit (for work comp, ADA, etc.) outweigh the liability of it being completed at the wrong time in the process or possible use in a wrongful termination suit? I'm asking this question from a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) (employee leasing) perspective. What are some policies/procedures used at other companies?
