EVALUATION OF HR PROGRAM

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 05-23-01 AT 01:29PM (CST)[/font][p]I WOULD LIKE TO OBTAIN COPIES OF SAMPLE FORMS THAT OTHER HR PROFESSIONALS ARE USING TO EVALUATE THEIR HR PROGRAM. SPECIFICALLY, FORMS THAT ARE SENT TO MANAGERS TO COMPLETE REGARDING HOW THEY VIEW THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THEIR HR PROGRAM.

  • A one size fits all form may not be the best way to go. I think this starts by evaluating why you want to evaluate the HR Department. The answer to this question will probably help you design a proper instrument. A common approach is to use a 1 - 10 scale on the various topics with a section for comments under each.
