cheat sheet?

Hi,
I'm sure some one here will be able to help. It seems that within the last year or two I saw and glanced at a cheat sheet that told the differences between contract or independent labor vs an employee.
I thought I had it saved somewhere, but of course, now that I'm looking for it......
While I probably remember about half of it....I'm sure my foggy brain is hiding the rest.
A question has come up regarding volunteer fire fighters, who are paid by the run.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone else have volunteer fireman, paid by the run, and how do you handle them?
