Oh, sure, be all helpful and stuff. I already printed one and sent it to our inhouse printshop for laminating before sending to all our locations. Took care of my company but nobody else.
Easier and more reliable for me to have our inhouse "Copy Queen" make 30 copies, laminate them, and send them out with our weekly delivery service, then tell 30 managers to print them, and then hope they actually got it done...
To some, it's "babying." To me, it's peace of mind. x:-)
What a pain. Now I have to make the new poster fit the spot on my combined federal all-in-one poster (same thing I had to do when Ohio changed their minimum wage at the beginning of this year). I shrunk the new federal, cut it in half, laminated it, and will tape it over the old poster. I'm not buying new posters. They are way too expensive.
