What is the required font size for all Fed and State notices that must be displayed to the employees? I am in the state of Wisconsin.
We normally pull the notices off of the state and Fed websites and post them that way.

Do you mean that the size of the notice is regulated by the Federal and the State?

I'm not aware of any requirement. If you pull the poster from the government website then I would think the size would be fine. Am I missing something here?

Yes, that is what I thought. Just FYI, I was told the OSHA had to have 14 font size for proper displaying.
We have some facilities that "stack" there notices in one plastic envelope and I am trying to get them to have them displayed better. With our claims situation the way it is, we just have to make sure that we are doing everything properly.

I wouldn't stack the notices. Make sure your employees can see each required notice.

We have a glass door bulletin board that is locked. All of the required posters are posted there. I must admit, it takes some squeezing to get them all posted and visible.
