What is the take out there. Should tips be pooled or kept by the individual employee?

    I believe they should be pooled and split amongst forum posters.

    Seriously, it is my belief that a hybrid method should be used. A portion to go to those that are behind the scenes helping make the experience as good as it can be, and a portion to the person who is directly dealing with the tipper.
